    All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

    Shipping within Australia

    Standard Shipping
    Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $35 within Australia.
    Orders under $35 have a flat $6.50 shipping fee.
    Orders are dispatched from Perth, WA within 1-2 business days.

    Express Shipping:
    Need it sooner? Express shipping is available for $11.
    Express orders are prioritised and typically arrive in 2-4 business days depending on location.

    New Zealand Shipping Fee's
    • FREE standard shipping on all orders over $102 AUD.
    • Orders under $105 AUD have a $10 AUD flat rate.
    • Want it sooner? Express shipping is $16 AUD.

    Order Process Times

    All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays (We are based in Western Australia).
    You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

      Tracking Your Order

      You can track your order with Auspost using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

      If you are unable to locate your tracking email please double check your spam/junk folders as they might have ended up there! If you are still unable to find the email please reach out to our support email: info@selfcaresocialau.com and we will be more than happy to re-send your tracking info email.

      Return to Sender

      If your package is refused or returned back to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

      Please note that due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept change of mind returns, as outlined on our returns page.

      International Orders – Customs & Import Fees

      Please note that all international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority once your parcel arrives and are not included in the price of your order or shipping costs.

      Selfcare Social is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or additional charges required for customs clearance. If applicable, these fees must be paid by the recipient. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for details on potential charges before placing your order.

      If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, it may be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you regarding redelivery, which must be paid by you.
